French Language Specialist

About the role

The French Language Specialist acts as the main point of contact between French‑speaking vendors and the company’s internal teams. You will support the Accounts Payable function by handling supplier inquiries, ensuring payments are processed on time, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all communications with French‑speaking vendors, responding to queries promptly.
• Support the Accounts Payable team by tracking invoice status and facilitating timely payments.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve payment‑related issues and ensure compliance with service‑level agreements.
• Monitor and enforce quality, compliance, and process‑governance standards throughout vendor interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor communications and escalation logs.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French with strong business communication skills.
• Experience in vendor management, supplier liaison, or Accounts Payable support.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal finance and operations teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting SLA targets.
