French Language Interpreter (Remote, PAN India)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French‑English interpreter to join a multinational company's customer support team on a permanent, work‑from‑home basis across India. The role involves providing accurate real‑time interpretation during telephone and video calls.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret spoken communication between English and French speakers in both directions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain neutrality during interactions.
• Ask clarifying questions when needed to ensure precise translation.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including an initial three‑month night‑shift period followed by rotational shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 certification in French (or B1 with at least 6 months experience) or a UG/PG degree in French.
• Excellent command of spoken English.
• Ability to work five days a week with two rotational days off.
• Freshers and candidates with experience are welcome.
