French Language Expert

About the role

We are seeking a French Language Expert to join a leading client’s voice support team in Bangalore. The role involves handling French‑speaking customer interactions, delivering high‑quality service, and contributing to continuous improvement of the language workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end French voice and customer support interactions.
• Provide professional, empathetic resolutions to customer queries in French.
• Maintain B2 or C1 certification standards in all verbal and written communications.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Maintain a courteous and empathetic attitude during all team interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in French voice processes or customer support.
• Certified French proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Based in Bangalore or Gurugram, India.

Required skills

• French language proficiency (B2/C1).
