French Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English speaker to join Randstad’s customer service team in Hyderabad. As a French Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking clients, handling their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and live chat in French and English.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and meet service level targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• 1–4 years of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
