French Customer Service Representative – Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our Hyderabad team. The role involves providing front‑line support to French‑speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Provide high‑quality service, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process orders, service requests and related transactions accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, complaints and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell relevant services.
• Monitor customer feedback and report insights to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new representatives as needed.
• Stay updated on company products, services and promotions.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–4 years of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service and solve problems efficiently.
