French Customer Service Representative – Hyderabad

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English speaker to join Randstad’s customer service team in Hyderabad. The French Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat in French and English.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Achieve targets for response time and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• 1‑4 years of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email clients).
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
