Freight Broker – U.S. Logistics Coordination

About the role
The Freight Broker is responsible for managing freight transportation across the United States. You will act as the liaison between shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure shipments are delivered on time while maintaining strong business relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with shippers and carriers.
- Build and manage a reliable carrier network.
- Negotiate freight rates and contract terms.
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and provide status updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. freight regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in U.S. freight brokerage or logistics.
- Knowledge of freight processes and U.S. regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Familiarity with load board platforms and freight management systems.
