Freelancer Recruiter for DSA with Python (Part‑time)

About the role

The IEC College Of Engineering & Technology in Greater Noida is seeking a part‑time freelancer to lead the recruitment of trainers specialized in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) using Python. The role is on‑site and focuses on building a pipeline of qualified freelance instructors for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates with expertise in Python‑based DSA.
• Conduct or coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges.
• Collaborate with academic heads to define role requirements and training needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
• Verify that selected freelancers meet both technical and pedagogical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering DSA training sessions with Python to engineering students.
• Strong understanding of core concepts such as arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, recursion, dynamic programming and complexity analysis.
• Ability to prepare training materials, assignments and coding challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and candidates.
