Freelance Recruiter – Remote, Full‑time

About the role

DEI Champion is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to join its mission‑driven team on a full‑time remote basis. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, helping clients build inclusive talent pipelines across industries and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and translate them into inclusive job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from DEI‑focused talent communities.
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage candidate communication and feedback.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in digital tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Support employer branding initiatives that promote inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles for multiple roles and seniority levels.
• Strong understanding of DEI best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance setting.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
