Freelance Leadership Trainer & Executive Coach for CEOs

About the role

CXO Academy is looking for an experienced freelance Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach to work with CEOs, CXOs, founders and senior leaders. The role focuses on designing and delivering high‑impact development programs that accelerate leadership capability and drive organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive leadership development programs, workshops, bootcamps and masterclasses.
• Conduct leadership assessments and provide one‑on‑one executive coaching sessions.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership workshops for senior teams.
• Mentor senior leadership teams and emerging high‑potential leaders.
• Develop customized leadership frameworks, learning pathways and change‑management initiatives.
• Measure program effectiveness and report on business impact.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in leadership, executive management, consulting or coaching.
• Proven track record coaching CEOs, CXOs, board members and business owners.
• Deep expertise in leadership development, organizational transformation and business strategy.
• Relevant certifications such as Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Organizational Development or behavioral assessment (DISC, MBTI, Hogan).

Required skills

• Proficiency with behavioral assessment tools (DISC, MBTI, Hogan).
