Job description
Key responsibilities
- Develop a Go‑To‑Location (GTL) plan to identify potential preschool franchise opportunities in the assigned region.
- Conduct city profiling surveys to create market understanding for each city within the territory.
- Prospect and locate potential franchise partners for opening preschool units.
- Deliver business presentations to persuade prospects to invest in a franchise unit.
- Evaluate prospects on financial and social criteria to ensure suitability.
- Follow the defined sales process and execute actions to meet business targets.
Required profile
- PGDBM/MBA degree.
- 6–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in retail, schools, or franchise units; preschool experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes.
- Experience with similar industries such as CCD, Barista, Lenskart, McDonald’s, etc.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to align project strategy to business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
