FP&A Senior Analyst

About the role

The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst will join NielsenIQ’s FP&A Hub team, supporting local teams in financial planning, forecasting and strategic initiatives across the LATAM and global regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support revenue management and forecasting for local client teams, including weekly pacing updates.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis to explain performance deviations.
• Review SIP payment information for alignment with agreed data.
• Manage expense budgets and ensure leaders stay on plan.
• Prepare and track headcount forecast dashboards.
• Contribute to the three‑year plan, annual operating budget and quarterly targets.
• Consolidate, analyze and report P&L, including commercial and PTO expenses.
• Prepare reports and briefing notes for quarterly operating reviews and financial cycles.
• Support special projects aimed at driving revenue growth across LATAM and global teams.
• Develop and implement financial processes that align with revenue and expense goals.
• Collaborate with peers, leaders and functional areas to gather data and provide insights.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global organization.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven collaboration skills across functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
