Founding Community & Content Lead

About the role

We are a fast‑moving AI‑native fiction startup looking for a founding Community & Content Lead. You will shape the first fan community, turn enthusiastic followers into active playtesters, and create the voice of the brand across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage our primary community hubs (Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, Reddit), set culture, rituals and nurture superfans.
• Recruit and run a play‑test cohort of a few hundred genre‑native users, collect weekly feedback and translate it into actionable product insights for the founder.
• Produce and edit short‑form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and in‑app assets that resonate with K‑drama, manhwa and anime fans.
• Design and execute growth experiments, UGC and referral loops, and collaborate with micro‑creators to generate launch moments.
• Measure core metrics such as activated users, retention and stories created, and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• Deep personal involvement in K‑drama, manhwa, anime or related fandoms, with knowledge of sub‑genres, tropes and fan platforms.
• Proven experience building a community or creating viral content; portfolio required.
• Hands‑on ability to shoot and edit short‑form video without external help.
• Fast‑moving, comfortable being the public face of a brand and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats in a founding team and solve problems beyond the listed duties.
