Founder’s Office & Studio Operations Manager

About the role

That Design Studio is seeking a highly organised and proactive Founder’s Office & Studio Operations Manager to support the Founder and ensure smooth day‑to‑day studio functioning. The role blends executive assistance, HR, administration, finance coordination and studio operations in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and day‑to‑day schedule.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, vendors and follow up on tasks and commitments.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination and performance cycles.
• Oversee studio administration, vendor relations, office supplies, subscriptions and record‑keeping.
• Track deadlines, renewals, payments and operational requirements.
• Work with the accountant/CA on invoices, payments, expense tracking and basic financial reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, HR, executive assistance or studio management.
• Excellent organisational, follow‑up and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence handling confidential information.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused and able to work independently in a fast‑paced creative studio.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
