Founder's Office Associate – Remote (India)

About the role

The Founder's Office Associate will partner directly with the founders of Data Peace AI Technologies to support strategic, operational and analytical initiatives. This remote position involves cross‑functional collaboration, content creation, data analysis and basic financial tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit reports, internal documents and external communications.
• Develop clear PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data, track metrics and generate insights using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Conduct research and compile findings to inform business decisions.
• Assist with basic financial modeling, budgeting support and invoice preparation.
• Support ongoing strategic and operational projects led by the founders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to create structured presentations.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and willingness to handle financial tasks.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field from a Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 institution.
