Forex Country Manager – India

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for India, you will lead DB Investing’s expansion in one of the world’s largest financial markets. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales team, establishing partnerships with Introducing Brokers, and driving client acquisition across retail and institutional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market‑entry and growth strategies to increase DB Investing’s market share in India.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage a network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) to broaden distribution.
• Build, coach, and manage a local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure all activities comply with Indian regulatory requirements.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities to raise awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and local regulations.
• Established network of clients and IBs in India.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Based in India with fluency in Hindi and English.
