About the role
Join the front‑of‑house team at a renowned restaurant in Mumbai, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a pristine dining environment. As a Food & Beverage Steward you will support the service crew and ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Assist servers with table set‑up, clearing, and resetting for the next guests.
- Support kitchen staff by handling waste, restocking supplies, and transporting items as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and replenish linen, glassware, and cutlery throughout service.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to work in a dynamic restaurant environment.
- Team‑player attitude with good communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and willingness to learn on the job.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times.
