Food & Beverage Service Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Supervisor ensures that the service team works together to deliver optimal guest experiences at our Vagator Beach location. You will oversee daily operations, maintain standards of appearance and safety, and act as the first point of contact for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect staff grooming, attire and correct deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
• Monitor storage areas for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories, stock requisitions, and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and report incidents.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure professional communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food & beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
