About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Associate works as a Guest Service Expert, creating memorable dining experiences for guests at the Westin hotel. You will be responsible for setting up the dining area, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set, clear, and maintain tables and dining areas.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle menu reading and verification of guest orders.
- Assist with light lifting and moving of items up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food & beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
