Food & Beverage Server

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Server to join our hotel team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties, set tables according to standards, and prepare side stations.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages at the correct temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and work areas, clear tables promptly after guests depart, and support stewarding operations.
• Upsell and promote menu items, cross‑sell other hotel venues, and maximize sales revenue.
• Collect and verify food and beverage requisitions, report any complaints or incidents, and assist other outlets during peak periods.
• Adhere to hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures, and attend all briefings and trainings.

Required profile

• Completed industrial training and a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Strong knowledge of hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Ability to work on time, in a clean uniform, and maintain a professional appearance.
