Food & Beverage Controller

About the role

The Food & Beverage Controller will lead financial planning and control for the property’s food and beverage operations. This full‑time position supports the brand’s service strategy by providing accurate financial analysis, budgeting and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and market trends to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare annual budget plans, forecast sales versus expenses, and monitor actual performance against targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, including cost‑benefit analysis and new business initiatives.
• Lead accounting activities, ensuring accurate profit‑and‑loss reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Oversee tax compliance, audit processes and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Provide timely financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (4‑year program).
• No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading teams and influencing decisions.
