Food & Beverage Controller

About the role

The Food & Beverage Controller will lead financial planning and control for the property’s food and beverage operations. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that financial strategies align with brand objectives and deliver profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and market trends to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare annual budget plans, forecast sales versus expenses, and monitor actual performance against targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve profit, including cost‑benefit analysis and new business initiatives.
• Lead accounting teams, communicate goals clearly, and hold staff accountable for performance.
• Maintain accurate profit‑and‑loss statements, ensure timely reporting, and address audit findings.
• Oversee tax compliance, internal and external audit processes, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and practically.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
