About the role

The Food & Beverage Associate delivers exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely, high‑quality service. This frontline position creates a welcoming atmosphere and supports smooth operations between the dining floor and kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and transmit orders to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and set up dining areas before service and keep them clean throughout the shift.
• Clear tables, reset settings, and ensure the restaurant remains organized.
• Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Assist with stocking supplies, inventory checks, and replenishing service stations.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic inventory management and stock replenishment.
