Food & Beverage Assistant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

The Food & Beverage Assistant works full‑time on‑site at The Fern Nest Resort Jaipur, supporting daily operations across restaurants, lounges and event spaces. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring service runs smoothly during peak periods and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks.
• Set up, clear, and maintain clean dining areas.
• Take guest orders, deliver food and beverages, and respond promptly to requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Follow hygiene, safety and brand standards at all times.
• Handle basic billing and check‑related tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability for on‑site work.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods and events.
• Polite, courteous and attentive to guest needs.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
