FOO Analyst II – Platform Management

About the role

The Front Office Operations (FOO) team at Invesco is seeking a FOO Analyst II to support platform management and improve end‑to‑end processes for global fund managers. You will work on building efficient procedures, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily controls, identify technology stresses, and implement process improvements.
• Support fund managers by resolving front‑office and middle‑office operational issues.
• Initiate and manage product change initiatives while minimizing client disruption.
• Validate data completeness and accuracy for reports and audits.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in APAC, EMEA and NA to resolve issues and drive automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking or asset‑management operations.
• Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Finance or Management.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑starter attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SQL coding
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Python and macro development
• Knowledge of asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, ETF, UIT, REIT)
• Familiarity with front‑ and middle‑office systems (Aladdin, CRD, Vestmark, Advent, Eagle Star, FMC, Bloomberg, Factset)
