FMCG Sales Officer – North Goa

About the role

Medoc Life is looking for a motivated FMCG Sales Officer to expand its wellness portfolio across North Goa, covering key towns such as Panaji, Mapusa, Calangute, Porvorim, Bicholim and surrounding beach belts. The role focuses on driving primary and secondary sales, building distributor and retailer relationships, and increasing market visibility for products like Huina Melatonin, Moringa Honey, and Biotin supplements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily beat plans and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Onboard new retailers, secure shelf space and POSM placement.
• Manage distributor relationships, appoint new partners, and monitor their performance.
• Collect payments, handle inventory checks, and submit daily sales and market reports.
• Conduct product briefings and training sessions for retailers.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, OTC, Ayurvedic or nutraceutical products.
• Graduate-level education.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good knowledge of the North Goa market.
• Valid two‑wheeler license and personal vehicle.
• Fluency in Konkani, Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus.
