Flutter & Mobile Application Developer (Remote)

About the role

CareMonitor is looking for a skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer to join its remote engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance cross‑platform mobile applications that support patient monitoring and communication in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Flutter‑based iOS and Android applications.
• Implement scalable architecture and state‑management patterns (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Develop automated unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Create offline‑first data persistence and background synchronization workflows.
• Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and native platform features.
• Collaborate with web development teams to ensure feature parity across platforms.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and agile development processes.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in both Flutter and React Native frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and offline data handling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of BLE peripherals and basic native iOS/Android development is a plus.
