Flutter & Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer to join our healthcare and digital health solutions team. The role is remote/hybrid and focuses on building high‑performance, cross‑platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• Implement scalable architecture and robust state‑management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, or Context API.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure high code coverage and reliability.
• Build offline‑first data persistence and background synchronization workflows.
• Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors for real‑time data streaming.
• Develop native platform integrations for device‑specific capabilities and permissions.
• Collaborate with web engineering teams to align mobile features with web applications (React/React Native experience a plus).
• Create responsive UI/UX for mobile and tablet screens.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployments to App Store and Google Play.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade apps using Flutter and/or React Native.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, SDLC, and DORA metrics.

Required skills

• Flutter, Dart, widget tree, Provider/Riverpod/Bloc.
• React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Context API, Expo, Hermes.
• Automated testing (unit, widget, integration, E2E).
• BLE integration and sensor handling.
• RESTful API, WebSocket, secure local storage.
• CI/CD tooling for mobile, App Store/Google Play deployment.
