Flutter Mobile Application Developer (Healthcare)

About the role

CareMonitor is looking for a skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer to join its mobile engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance cross‑platform mobile apps that support healthcare and digital health solutions, working remotely with a collaborative, hybrid‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter‑based iOS and Android applications with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
• Implement scalable architecture and robust state‑management patterns following clean‑code principles.
• Create and run automated unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Develop offline‑first data persistence strategies for intermittent connectivity.
• Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors for real‑time data streaming.
• Collaborate with web and backend teams to ensure cross‑platform consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven expertise in both Flutter and React Native.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dart.
• Experience with native platform integration, permissions, and device‑specific features.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and secure local storage.
• Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
