About the role

The Fleet Executive supports daily vehicle operations, ensuring efficient trip planning, accurate record‑keeping, and smooth coordination between drivers and the fleet manager. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment and enjoy handling multiple operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and tracking daily vehicle trips and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, fuel usage, and trip documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and route adherence.
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance requirements and workshop visits.
• Support the Fleet Manager in preparing daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure all trip‑related paperwork and compliance documents are in order.
• Address day‑to‑day operational issues and promptly escalate critical matters.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in fleet operations, transport, or logistics support roles.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.
