Fitness Instructor – Group Classes & Wellness

About the role

The Fairmont Agra is seeking a dynamic Fitness Instructor to lead daily group fitness sessions and wellness programs for hotel guests and members. You will play a key role in promoting health, motivation and a high‑quality fitness experience within our resort‑style facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily group fitness classes and a variety of wellness programs for guests and members.
• Maintain and regularly inspect all fitness equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Create and manage weekly class schedules to maximise participation and facility utilisation.
• Monitor client progress, provide motivational support and adjust training programmes as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation and professional standards throughout the fitness centre.
• Comply with health, safety and sanitation regulations in line with hotel and industry standards.
• Organise and assist with fitness‑related events, workshops and promotional activities.
• Provide expert fitness consultations and recommendations to guests and members.
• Document attendance, progress and satisfaction metrics and report to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional fitness instruction experience.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and proper technique.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating fitness equipment and related technology.
• Ability to design and adjust training programmes based on client needs.
