Fire Safety Officer

About the role
The Fire Safety Officer will ensure a high and consistent level of service for guests while maintaining fire safety standards within the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore hotel. This position requires a blend of customer‑service orientation and practical fire‑safety expertise, ensuring that all safety protocols are observed and that guests experience a safe environment. The role involves day‑to‑day operational tasks as well as the preparation and upkeep of necessary documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent and consistent service to hotel guests and staff.
- Apply fire‑safety knowledge to protect people, property and assets.
- Perform practical and operational fire‑safety tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to fire‑safety activities.
Required profile
- Professional diploma or certificate in Fire & Safety.
- Minimum two years’ experience working as a Fire Safety Officer.
- Strong practical and operational abilities.
- Adequate administrative skills.
