About the role

Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consulting firm that works with leading banks, insurers and payment service providers. The FinRep Business Analyst will support financial reporting projects, focusing on EUC assessments and regulatory data mapping for FINREP compliance.

Key responsibilities

Deep‑dive into FINREP EUCs to verify data sources, transformations and mapping to GRCA codes before upload.
Perform detailed Report Production Assessments for FINREP EUCs and document findings for regulatory traceability.
Manage documentation linking E2E product reviews to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Experience in Financial Reporting (FINREP, IFRS, IFRS9) in BAU or change roles.
Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Advanced Excel skills.
