Finishing Works Execution Specialist

About the role

The Finishing Works Execution Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality architectural finishes on construction sites. This role involves supervising a range of finishing trades, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinating with multiple project teams to meet milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise plastering, masonry, flooring, tiling, stone cladding, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, gypsum works, joinery, glazing, and external finishes.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to guarantee quality execution.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, material availability, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved specifications, safety requirements, and inspection procedures.
• Track productivity, progress, material consumption, and workmanship, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Conduct joint inspections, identify and close snags, and prepare progress reports.
• Deliver finishing works on schedule and support handover activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising architectural finishing works on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
