Financial Reporting & Controllership

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to lead our financial reporting and controllership functions. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and delivering insightful management reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness of records.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparing standalone and consolidated statements in line with Ind AS/IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present management, board, and statutory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR regulations, stock‑exchange filings, tax, and other corporate obligations.
• Drive consolidation across domestic and international subsidiaries, handling intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, currency translations, and adjustments.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external parties, and support leadership with financial insights.
• Maintain internal controls, drive process improvements, and monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, or controllership.
• Post‑CA qualification in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory reporting.
