About the role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, you will support financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and delivering performance reports to guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and validate operational data reports for financial analysis.
  • Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Manage period‑end close processes and ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, metrics, and scenario models.
  • Apply IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 standards to financial reporting.

Required profile

  • 7 to 11 years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or core finance roles.
  • Advanced education such as MCom, CA, CMA, MBA, Finance, or CPA.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of IFRS 15 accounting standard.
  • Knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting standard.
