Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join its Finance Operations vertical. The role focuses on collecting operational data, performing variance analysis, and reconciling transactions to support accurate financial outcomes for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Prepare and present financial planning, reporting and performance metrics.
• Support period‑end close activities and ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards aligned with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 standards.

Required profile

• 7‑11 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Understanding of accounting principles, IFRS standards and controllership.
• Experience working in a third‑party service environment and managing senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexible and night shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise.
• IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Controllership and core finance RTR experience.
