About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join its Finance Operations vertical. The role focuses on determining financial outcomes by gathering operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational reports and data for budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Perform moderate‑complex problem solving, develop new analytical solutions, and adapt existing methods as needed.
• Prepare scenario models, performance reports and trend analyses to inform senior management.
• Collaborate with direct supervisors, peers and client stakeholders, providing guidance on analytical approaches.
• Manage small project teams or work efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic direction.
• Work rotational shifts when required.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 7 to 11 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience managing small teams or coordinating work streams.
