Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will work within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario modelling to guide key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect operational data reports and reconcile transactions to support financial outcomes.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling for the Finance Operations vertical.
• Interact with internal peers, Accenture management and occasionally clients to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to small work efforts, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field (BCom, MCom, MBA).
• 5‑8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve increasingly complex problems and make decisions that impact own and team work.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and able to handle rotational shift requirements.
