Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will support strategic decision‑making by gathering operational data, performing financial analysis, and reconciling transactions to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational data and reports for financial analysis.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Conduct trend analysis, scenario modelling and performance reporting.
• Identify and resolve increasingly complex financial problems.
• Collaborate with internal peers, occasional client contacts and Accenture management.
• Work with minimal supervision on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.
• Potentially oversee a small team or work effort.
• Adapt to rotational shift requirements as needed.

Required profile

• BCom degree with 5‑8 years of relevant experience.
• Part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions that impact own and others' work.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a large professional services environment.
