Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will work within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to determine financial outcomes. The role drives FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise in Controllership, Strategic Finance, RTR, and FP&A.
• Lead period‑end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and generate actionable business insights.
• Maintain deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Develop financial reports, metrics and dashboards.
• Apply IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 accounting standards.
• Lead and develop a team of 50+ finance professionals.
• Drive multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and advocate change initiatives.
• Engage senior stakeholders and CXO communities to influence decisions.
• Adapt to flexible and night‑shift schedules as required.

Required profile

• BCom degree with 13–18 years of relevant finance experience.
• Professional certification such as CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or CPA.
• Proven ability to lead large teams (50+ members) and deliver financial planning, budgeting and forecasting initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 accounting standard.
• Knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting standard.
