Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Corporate Controlling Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A / Corporate Controlling Analyst to turn financial data into actionable business insights. You will partner with regional and global stakeholders, delivering accurate reporting, enhancing transparency, and supporting strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly global business performance reporting with timely, accurate financial insights.
• Enhance divisional reporting and performance dashboards across the organization.
• Drive the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for the division.
• Partner with business units to improve commercial transparency, including profitability, credit exposure, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis for investment decisions, business cases, and M&A activities.
• Provide visibility and reporting for global projects and CAT4 initiatives.
• Coordinate approval requests between regional Controlling teams and Corporate Finance.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, management reports, and senior‑leadership presentations.
• Leverage financial systems and reporting tools to increase efficiency and data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Controlling, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or Corporate Controlling experience in a multinational setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on translating complex data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven with a strong sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and complex data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with OneStream or Hyperion (Oracle) and related Excel add‑ins.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating impactful senior‑leadership presentations.
