About the role
Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will collect operational data, conduct variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting activities to help drive informed financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and reconcile operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
- Perform period‑end close activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
- Manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, metrics and performance dashboards.
- Provide variance analysis and scenario modelling for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Collaborate with third‑party service teams and support flexible or night‑shift schedules as needed.
Required profile
- BCom degree with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of controllership, core finance, RTR and FP&A processes.
- Proficiency in P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow analysis.
- Professional certifications such as MCom, CA, CMA, MBA, CPA are desirable.
