About the role
Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will support strategic decision‑making by gathering operational data, performing variance analysis and delivering insightful financial forecasts.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, validate and reconcile operational financial data and reports.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analyses to monitor financial performance.
- Conduct trend analysis and scenario modeling to support business planning.
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
Required profile
- BCom or bachelor’s degree with a finance specialization.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Capable of working under pressure and delivering quality results.
