About the role

Join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. You will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational reports and data for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Perform variance and trend analysis to identify financial performance drivers.
• Support scenario modeling and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve lower‑complexity financial problems with guidance from supervisors.
• Collaborate with internal peers and, when required, interact with clients or senior management.

Required profile

• BCom or bachelor’s degree with a finance specialization.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
