Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist

About the role

The FP&A Specialist bridges strategic financial planning and operational execution, supporting the Finance Business Partner with complex planning, forecasting and performance management while guiding senior and junior analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Support medium‑to‑long‑term financial planning aligned with Group FP&A governance, providing scenario analysis and risk assessment.
• Coordinate budget preparation and forecasting cycles, consolidate inputs, deliver variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Conduct complex financial analysis, modelling and investment appraisals to inform business cases, pricing decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Drive performance management through target setting, KPI tracking and continuous monitoring of revenue, cost, margin and working‑capital drivers.
• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, ensuring financial alignment with operational plans.
• Mentor senior and junior finance analysts, foster a high‑performance culture and promote adoption of FP&A tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).
• 7–11 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or consumer‑packaged goods.
• Proven leadership of senior and junior analysts.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Central Finance (CFIN).
• Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Financial modelling, scenario analysis and advanced analytics.
• Product costing and pricing expertise.
