About the role
As a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, you will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role supports the company’s major business decisions through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and validate operational data reports for financial analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Reconcile transactions and ensure data accuracy across financial systems.
- Prepare and present financial planning and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- BCom qualification with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Primary expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at a P4 level.
- Ability to solve lower‑complexity problems and work under moderate supervision.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.
