About the role
Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions. You will also support budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting to drive informed business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and validate operational data reports for financial analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Reconcile transactions and support period‑end close processes.
- Prepare financial planning and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related finance roles.
- BCom qualification (or equivalent) with strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
- Proven ability to manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Experience in period‑end close and developing financial metrics and reports.
