Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst will join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting the organization in shaping financial outcomes. You will collect operational data, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions to drive accurate planning, reporting, and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate operational data for financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Support period‑end close processes and reconcile financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal peers and provide updates to supervisors.
• Work in rotational or flexi/night shifts as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Controllership, Core Finance (RTR) or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Experience with period‑end close, annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial and operational principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
