Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. The analyst will support financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions, contributing to budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate operational data and reports for financial analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Reconcile transactions and support period‑end close activities.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, metrics and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal peers and, when required, provide limited client or management exposure.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Controllership, RTR or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Experience with period‑end close, annual planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial and operational principles.
• Ability to work in a 3rd‑party culture, flexi or night shifts.
